You want reliable, reachable support. 2) These are issues we’re about to deal with as well. 3) MacOSX/Apache/MySQL/PHP (MAMP, heh). TextWrangler (editor), Subversion (server on OSX), svnX (client), KDX (private chat/file sharing), Photoshop (what else!?), Firefox, Safari.
