Our product Attassa fixes email for collaboration.
Using email for ad-hoc tasks and projects is inherently broken. Collaborating over files is clumsy, forcing you to save, edit, and attach the file to modify it; file edits get lost as file versions proliferate and splinter across email threads; bringing someone else in to help often requires searching through your email and document archives to give them context and information that’s now lost and must be rediscovered; new people are rarely included in the right conversations, so you end up policing the email threads, forwarding all relevant messages.
We solve these problems by seamlessly extending Windows and Outlook with a shared place for collaboration, allowing you to continue to work as you’ve always done within Outlook, Office, and Windows, while Attassa ensures that everyone stays on the same page.
Attassa is in private beta, which currently provides an easy shared place for files. We are hard at work extending the beta to do the same thing directly within Outlook for emails and attachments.
